With over 30 years of dedicated experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality management and consulting, Jeffrey is a seasoned professional committed to achieving excellence in quality, cost, productivity, and delivery. In his career, Jefffrey has successfully led and managed Quality for both small and midsize, single and multi-site companies in automotive, medical device, chemical, plastic, rubber, metal and life science industries, as well as for major corporations, such as Parker Hannifin (Chomerics Division) and BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company – Biosciences Divison). It was here where Jeffrey was able to obtain his Six Sigma Black Belt, extensive training in Lean Manufacturing principles and leadership training through BD’s Leadership Development Program.
Throughout his career, Jeffrey has maintained a proven track record of implementing and managing international quality standards, with a specific focus on ISO 9001. His expertise spans a wide range of industry standards, including ISO 9001, 13485, 17025, 17034, AS9100, IATF 16949 and 14001.
Jeffrey’s deep background includes serving as a lead internal and supplier auditor, as well as an expert in ERP and eQMS software implementation. His hands-on experience across diverse manufacturing environments—from chemical manufacutring, biologics, precision machining and EMI shielding to injection molding of plastics and rubbers—enables him to act as a strategic partner to his clients. Jeffrey brings a leadership-focused approach to every project, mentoring teams and ingraining quality into the core decision-making processes of the organizations he supports.
Equipped with a Bachelor of Science in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, Jeffrey combines technical knowledge with practical, results-oriented consulting to help businesses achieve compliance, improve manufacturing performance standards, and drive continuous improvement.
